Dennis William Caballero Mejia, of Woodbridge, was at a house on Gloucester Court with the victim on May 21 when he prevented the girl from leaving a room and sexually assaulted her, Prince William County police said.
The girl was able to separate herself from Mejia and contact police. Mejia was charged with rape and abduction and held without bond, police said.
